Colosseum is a story in honour of the great spy franchises like James Bond, Jason Bourne, and Mission Impossible. It's a feature-length action film revolving around the main character Elena Winters. She discovers her entire identity is lie after being injected with a mind-altering serum during a failed assignment. Through a series of painful flashbacks and rogue missions, Elena discovers that her real name is Mila Vasiliev, the best of the CIA brain-washed spies called Spartans. Mila is the prodigy of the clandestine CIA operation "Project Colosseum" created to shift and destabilize world powers in the name of "the greater good".
As Elena struggles to figure out who she really is, she also has to traverse the treacherous seas of love and trust as she develops romantic feelings for ex-CIA agent Hayley Guerrero. Hayley was dishonourably discharged from the CIA for failing to kill a threat to National Security, one Nikola Vasiliev - Elena's brother.
